Pitstop Driving School (Pty) Ltd is a legal, registered, and functional independent private company and modern driver’s licence education provider founded in 2020. We comply with all the requirements set out by the National Road Traffic Act (Act 93 of 1996) and its regulations. We are not employed, partnered, or affiliated with any other driving school or driving licence testing centre in South Africa. Our services are delivered on an agreement basis between us, Pitstop Driving School, and you, the client, without the involvement of any third parties.


Pitstop Driving School (Pty) Ltd holds exclusive ownership of all the content provided in this course, including but not limited to digital media, documents, preparation tests, and quizzes. None of the information and data made available in this course may be copied or distributed for personal or financial gain. Shared use of the content within this course is strictly forbidden and shall be available only to you, the client.


Your subscription to this course will have a validity period of three months. We do not take responsibility if the expiry of your subscription has been reached before the completion of this course. You are offered enough time and opportunity to complete this course within the three-month subscription period.


It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with all the information and data provided in this course and that you are thoroughly prepared, theoretically and practically, for your official learner’s/driver’s licence test. We do not take responsibility for failed learner’s/driver’s licence tests.


Pitstop Driving School (Pty) Ltd does not offer a refund for this course. The sale hereof is considered final. Carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.
